Course content

 

This course provides you with the knowledge and skills to address significant challenges in the context of providing a health care service. You will learn how to communicate with patients, colleagues, health providers and ambulance service callers in in a range of situations, using both verbal and non-verbal interactions. Certificates issued by Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909.

 

NOTE: Learning content is provided in an online format within the course. The assessment component consists of multiple choice questions, written questions, student self-video assessments and incident report forms.

This course is Self Paced – It is expected students may complete the course within 7-8 hours (depending on experience levels).
