With over 24 years of experience in nursing and education, Hayley brings a strong clinical background and a passion for high-quality training to every session. A former school nurse, she has provided first aid across a variety of acute and community settings, including extensive hands-on experience in school environments. This real-world insight enriches her sessions, making them practical, relatable, and impactful.
As a Master Instructor in Mental Health First Aid, Hayley is a recognised leader in building mental health literacy and equipping individuals with the skills to recognise, respond to, and support people experiencing mental health challenges. Her training is delivered in a way that is engaging, accessible, and empowering.
Known for her professionalism and dynamic facilitation style, Hayley delivers training that not only builds confidence but also fosters safer, more compassionate workplaces and communities.
