Please Note: To be eligible for this course you MUST have completed an accredited Mental Health First Aid course within the previous 3 years, and will be required to provide evidence of completion.
The Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course allows people who have previously completed the Standard MHFA course or Workplace Mental Health First Aid course to refresh their knowledge and skills. For people who are accredited Mental Health First Aiders, this course offers an opportunity to extend their accreditation for a further 3 years.

- Gain an understanding of the latest research in the mental health field.
- Learn the 3 key actions for helping someone feeling suicidal.
- Work through complex health first aid interactions.
- Practice mental health first aid skills in a safe and supportive space.

Cassie has a diverse background within Victoria Police and the early childhood environment. She is a Mum of 3, and a fitness enthusiast who likes running marathons in her spare time.
Cassie brings 20 years of first aid experience from her previous roles and combines this with her passion for education to bring you quality First Aid Training. Cassie is also passionate about bringing awareness to mental illness and helps spread the message through teaching Mental Health First Aid.
