Our fab instructor for the day: Cassie was a total legend - smashed our 3 h of very important and informative conversation around first aid, using a defibrillator, compressions, applying bandage, how to act when someone is choking, talking about allergies, astma, cuts, bleeds, supporting shoulder slings, and wildlife emergency for how to respond to being biten or stung.

Have done a bunch of these in the past. This one was by far the best. Cassie made it fun, interactive. I actually learnt a lot. And it was refreshing not be bored. Definitely recommend. Amazing.
